This feature allows you to share your tour details in PDF format with customers. You can either:
- Auto-generate a PDF: The system automatically generates the PDF based on your tour content. The template/design will use the same colors and fonts as your website.
- Manually upload a PDF: Upload a pre-designed tour PDF for customers to download.
Once enabled, the PDF will be available for customers to download directly from the tour details page.
Enabling PDF Download
Navigate to Products > Trips > Edit Trip > PDF Settings. Here, you can enable the PDF download option.
Once you enable the PDF option, two choices are available:
- Yes, auto-generate the tour PDF
- No, I will upload the tour PDF manually
Yes, auto-generate the tour PDF
A predefined template/design will be used to automatically generate the
PDF based on your tour content. This template will match the colors and fonts of your website. Once you select this option and save the changes, the system will automatically generate the PDF.
The process will take approximately 3 minutes, after which the PDF download option will be displayed on the tour details page.
No, I will upload the tour PDF manually
If you have already created a custom PDF, you can upload it manually.
Please note: If you have manually uploaded a PDF and want to upload a new one, the old PDF will be automatically deleted and replaced with the newly uploaded file.
Collect inquiry before sharing PDF
If you would like to collect an inquiry before sharing the PDF, please enable this option. Whenever a customer clicks the 'Download PDF' button, an inquiry form will pop up. The PDF will only be downloaded once the inquiry form is submitted.
