Troubleshooting common issues with Viator Integration

Troubleshooting common issues occurring  during the Viator and Vacation Labs integration involves identifying potential problems and fixing them on either of the two platforms.
Here are a few common issues and how to fix them:

  1. Tour not available: Please make sure that the tours are shared with Viator from the Vacation Labs Backoffice or else they won't show up in the Viator system > Trip Management, here is the support article of sharing trips with Viator => Share more tours with Viator
  2. Tour dates not getting opened: sometimes the tour is connected between Viator and VL but with the wrong variant (if there are multiple variants for the trip), please make sure that the correct variant is connected
  3. Dates in Vacation Labs: make sure the connected tour and variant has dates opened in the Vacation Labs system
  4. Mapping correct tours: make sure that the correct tours are connected to the corresponding trip between both platforms
  5. Rates: make sure that the rates are set on the viator system for the trips
  6. Issue in connection: In case you want to manually start the trip mapping process again then simply disconnect and reconnect the product again
