Updating Tour Addons via Accelerate

Importing tour data

Adding/Editing the tour addons

Please Note: you can only edit the addons which are already associated with the trip and cannot create new addons for trips from the Accelerate sheet

Once you have imported the desired tours data to the sheet please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the AddonDetails sub-sheet (refer screenshot below)
  2. On this sheet you will be able to see all the addons associated with these trips, you can change the addon rate and min and max quantity as you wish
  3. Once you have made the changes you want, please change the text in the Addon Action column (column A) from Skip to Edit (refer screenshot below)
  4. Then to go the Accelerate Plugin Page and click on update trip data (refer screenshot below)
  5. This will push the changes to the trip and will reflect on the storefront as well.

Verifying the changes

You can check the status of the change in the sheet itself,
  1. Once you have clicked on Update Trip data on the Accelerate plugin page, then go back to the sheet
  2. Check the text in the Addon Action Column (Column A)
  3. If the changes are pushed without any issues to the trip then there will be a Success text in Column A (refer screenshot below)
