The Internal notes allows you to add internal notes to the bookings. These notes are not visible to end customers. You can add notes like some things which you may have agreed to customer on call, or with your internal team members. This notes can be viewed only by your team members once they click on Booking Details.
Please follow the below steps to add Booking Comments,
- Login into Vacation Labs
- Click on Bookings
- Select the booking in which Booking Comments need to be added
- Click on Details
- Click on Internal Notes
- Add the Note
- Click on Save Comment.
