What is Booking Comments?

The Booking comments allows you to add notes to the bookings. These notes are visible to end customers in the email notifications. You can add notes like some things which you may have agreed to customer on call, and want it to be displayed in email for future conversation.

Please follow the below steps to add Booking Comments,
  1. Login into Vacation Labs
  2. Click on Bookings
  3. Select the booking in which Booking Comments need to be added
  4. Click on Details
  5. Click on Booking Comments



  6. Add the comment
  7. Click on Save Comment.
If you wish to notify the customer about the comment click on Resend Confirmation. The comment would be visible in the email confirmation.
