Sending booking related email notifications to non-users
You can send the Booking related email notifications not just to the admins and users but also to anyone from your team who does not have access to the CMS as well. You can simply add the emails and keep the respective person updated with the booking details. Here the non-users specify your colleagues who don't use vacation labs back office
(e.g tour guide, drivers, on boarding staff, etc) but they need to be updated with all booking information.
Please follow the below steps,
- Login into vacation labs
- Click on Website
- Click on Booking Engine
- Under Email booking notifications to add the emails to whom the Booking related emails need to be sent.
You can add multiple email ids, by adding comma at the end of the email.
- Click on Save
